We made


















1 can of chickpeas
1/2 can of water (more or less)
2 Tbsp tahini
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
garlic (to taste)
sprinkle of cumin (to liking)
parsley, chopped
salt/pepper

combine ingredients in blender, adding water slowly, until desired consistency is achieved.
