Yummy Soup

1 teaspoon of oil
1/2 onion, sliced
1 cube of vegetable stock dissolved in 2 cups of boiling water
2 dried shitake mushrooms, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes
4-5 frozen vegetable gyoza
handful of kai lan (chinese brocoli) washed and trimmed
sesame oil

heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion until softened and browned. Add vegetable stock and mushrooms and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add gyoza and greens near the end and let cook for 3 minutes. Add a few drops of sesame oil and serve.
